Privacy Notice

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your full name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, your message, and the date and time of submission.

To limit spam and abuse, we also record a one-way coded (hashed) version of your network address together with a timestamp. This coded value is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry, to evaluate potential partnerships or projects you raise, and to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How inquiries are stored and used

Inquiries are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized company personnel can view submissions. When an inquiry is received, a notification containing its contents is emailed to our company contact. We do not send automatic emails to people who submit the form.

Service providers

Website hosting, database storage, and notification email delivery are provided by our website platform provider, which processes the information on our behalf to operate these services.

How long we keep it

We retain ordinary website contact inquiries for up to 12 months after submission.

Inquiries associated with an active business relationship may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for that relationship. Records subject to legal obligations or legitimate business-record requirements may also be retained longer.

Spam-protection records are used only for rate limiting and contain no contact details.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing jimh@plasmabiofuels.com, subject to applicable exceptions (for example, records we are legally required to keep). We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our website or practices change. The current version is always available on this page.
